Barangay Watchman Killed in Pipe Attack After Dispute Over Electricity Bill in Negros Oriental
A 64-year-old barangay tanod was killed after being struck with a metal pipe by a neighbor following a dispute over an electricity bill in Sitio Ilaya 2, Barangay Tinayunan, Guihulngan City on March 7, authorities said.
