DEL PILAR, Baguio City – Cadet Second Class Edmar James U Abedes of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) has made history as the second Filipino to receive the coveted Star Cadet Award at the Republic of Korea Military Academy (ROKMA) on March 20, 2026.
