The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the results of the Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination administered by the Board of Real Estate Service, confirming that 9 out of 14 examinees successfully passed.
According to the PRC, the written portion of the examination was conducted on September 8, 2026, with testing centers located in NCR, Cagayan de Oro, and Cebu. The revalida followed on October 5 to 7, 2026, and official results were published on October 8, 2026 — just one working day after the close of the examination period.

Online Registration for Passers
The PRC said that successful examinees may complete their registration for the Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration online beginning November 16, 2026. The Commission advises passers to visit the PRC official website and follow the posted registration instructions.
When reporting for registration, examinees are required to bring a screenshot of the system-generated registration form along with a valid government-issued identification card, the PRC noted. All successful examinees must appear in person to sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
As for the oath-taking ceremony, the Board of Real Estate Service has yet to announce the exact date and venue, according to the PRC.
